Hi, I am having issues (maybe understanding as a newbie) in regards to configuring ADRs. To start with we are using sccm 2012 r2 and windows 2012 r2. I have followed the instructions on the creation of an adr, along with configuring a maintenance window (MW) on the collection. The deployment schedule has been configured ASAP for both the software available time and installation deadline. As such I would have expected the clients to start downloading and installing based on the MW configured (start 1am end 6am). However upon checking the logs I notice that the process starts before the start time, and though I have configured to hide in user experience, the test machines prompt for restarting. Is this normal? Anyone provide some clarity on what I am doing wrong?

I have a question here, during the ADR configuration, while scheduling the updates have you chosen UTC or client local time ?

@Frederic Anaman - Why don't you try with UTC once. If you use UTC then all the machines would kick off at the exact same time. If you say 8PM UTC then no matter what time zone or what time is on the client it will kick off when it is 8pm UTC. If you set it for Client local time then the deployment is depending on the local machine time. Let me know how it goes.
