SOLVED Asset Intelligence Connection Failed Service offline

Hi community,

i'm trying to Configure Asset Intelligence in my CM 2010.
everything was done correctly but when i try to synchronize i get error
Asset Intelligence Catalog Sync Service Warning: 0 : Thu, 04 Nov 2021 14:28:52 GMT:WebException trying to enroll: Status = NameResolutionFailure
Asset Intelligence Catalog Sync Service Error: 0 : Thu, 04 Nov 2021 14:28:52 GMT:Retrieve Machine Cert, Error - The remote name could not be resolved: 'go.microsoft.com'
Asset Intelligence Catalog Sync Service Error: 0 : Thu, 04 Nov 2021 14:28:52 GMT:Exception attempting sync - The remote name could not be resolved: 'go.microsoft.com'


I'm using a proxy without authentification and "go.microsoft.com" is reachable when i test it on browser.

If you mean to the site go.microsoft.com with site system account then yes from IE

When you say site system account, do you mean local system account? aka did you launch psexec and browse / ping / etc. the dns FQDN?

OH no, my fault I used the cm account not the system account.

OH no, my fault I used the cm account not the system account.

I removed then install the role again but using a service account that i created instead of the system computer account and i got this result


I think it works fine now cause when I check logs i see that proxy is correctly used by the sync service
