NEW apply admx files to machines

I have imported an .ADMX file into Intune. Devices/configuration profiles/import admx
how/where do I apply this to groups? How do I make GPO settings changes (i.e. turn things on/off etc...) ?

Intune \ devices \ config profiles

click on imported admx file.
Edit Profile \ Configuration settings

Here you can make whatever settings changes you need. then you just assign to a group.
