SOLVED Applications and scripts are missing from the console

Hello. I signed in this morning and realized all of my applications and scripts are gone. Packages, ADR, devices, users, everything is still there. Does anyone know what might have happened or know what logs to look at?

Any help appreciated. This is going to cost me a lot of time if I cannot get them back. Thank you.

I will add that all of the folders are still there. All of the source files are still where they should be. Just the applications themselves are gone.

I now see that I am getting SMS Provider errors when trying to view DPs and security roles, so it's bigger than the applications

It turns out restarting the sql server took care of it. Sorry for the freakout.
