SOLVED Application installation is failing in post OSD

Hi ALL,

I am installing Windows 10 1803 with around 10 applications on a bare metal PC.
Everytime its fails to install the applications.
smsts logs says "failed to run the action:install applications. permissions on the requested may be configured incorrectly. access is denied. (error:80070005;source:windows)" under install application component.
i did a test with basic applications like chrome, adobe PDF, Java which was successful.

Please help me to resolve this

This issue could be either file access issue or the files may be corrupt. If you have any AV that is part of TS, try disabling it and try.
