PENDING Application Deployment Not Working in SCCM 2012 R2

Dear Prajwal,
Thanks for your all posts! Kind of lifeline to me. Almost using your all post I have built my SCCM 2012 server but unfortunately when it comes to patches or app deployment, it is not working as expected. When I built any application, I am able to distribute it to all my distribution points but when I am trying to install same application to client using device collection, it is not working at all. In Monitoring-Deployments, it is showing "Simulate Success"(I tried Simulate option) but same with "Deploy" option also. Compliance also showing 100% but applications not getting install to client machines.
Please could you help me here.

When you click Install in software center, does it download the application ?. If yes, did you check appenforce.log file on client machine ?.

Dear Prajwal,

Thanks for your response. No applications appearing in catalog. In CM, deployments shows “In Progress” status only. Clients are within boundaries but deployment are not happening.
