SOLVED App Uninstall via Company portal stuck on "Installed" status.

Microsoft 365 Apps are uninstalled (completely uninstalled using removal tool) but company portal still stuck on "Installed" status. Hence, unable to reinstall it.
The deployment was done via XML file as Microsoft 365 apps in Intune.
Any ideas?

Does closing and re-opening the company portal still shows the app status as Installed?

Closing and reopening company portal did not make a difference, but I added the device in question to a test group and added the group under "Uninstall" and excluded the test uninstall group from "Install" and that took care of the problem.
