SOLVED Advise - Two Domains, should I have two SCCM servers?

We have been thinking of splitting the Enterprise into two domains, they will probably have a two way trust.
The other company has it's on IT department and they want to have control of their own domain.
We are planning on upgrading to SCCM 2106.
Should we just add two sites to the new server or build them another SCCM server?
They don't have an SCCM admin so I would have to assist with the day to day troubleshooting.

I have not understood your question. How many domains do you have altogether ?

Please close this, I looked into it and sharing one SCCM manager with tow domains will not give us the granular rights I need.
