PENDING ADR Update required but not downloaded

Hi all, apologies if this has been posted before, but I couldnt find an answer. I just started looking after our servers which are patched by SCCM. After alot of reading info from this site (which has helped alot thanks you very much), so I am on a huge learning curve and any assistance is appreciated.
My query is on SCCM>Software Library>Software Updates>ADR I see the an update is required but not downloaded eg 5039334. An example of one that is downloaded is 5039705. So the query is how can I get the first one to download. Or how can I force a download of a update so that it can be included in the installation during the Maintenance window.

Can you first determine if that update is really required?. Is there an update that supersedes that one?

Hi , yes the update is required as per the classifications that have been set. As per the image its required on 48 devices ( servers in this case)
