PENDING Adding computers from New AD forest

Hello,

we are trying to manage machines from new AD forest, we were able to discover the clients, when we push the client it install, but client cert shows none.

CCMmessaging log shows below
Client Doesnt have PKI issues cert and cannot get ccm access token 0x8000fff
WNetAdd connection2 failed (LOGON32_LOGON_NEW_Credentials) using account ******** (0000052e) (its not using account for new forest its using old forest account that dont have access)

any suggestions
