PENDING 100 computer showing no client on console

around 100 client showing no client on sccm console , before one month all computer showing client status yes . can some one help me with this issue .
only those user showing no client who is not coming on office network

And from last one month till you found this issue, what changes did you make in your setup ?. Did you login to any of the clients are checked if the client agent is installed and running ?.
