PENDING 0x87D0070C(-2016409844) W10 Feature update

I have created a deployment, deployed it to a collection. Put a test machine in that collection. The update shows up under software center I am able to click install, it does it thing...download and I can see it in the Panther folder, ccmcache folder etc. Then after a long long while it fails with this error code, 0x87D0070C(-2016409844) any ideas on what this means or how to fix?
 
I think I figured it out. Updating from 1709 to 1903 or 1809 to 1903 the compatibility logs all had two common denominators. Installed drivers were blocking it, one was MS XPS print driver and the other was MS Print to PDF driver. Removed both from device manager, re-ran the deployment and it worked. Weird....

Also, does anyone else's feature update take like 3 hours?
 
0X87D0070C - The error code basically means the upgrade timed out. Try increasing the max run time. So go Software Library > Software Updates > All Software Updates and select the update with the error. Increase the max run time.
