PENDING ‎Can't enroll Windows devices to Intune 808-ztd

Hi Team,
While importing the hash key in Windows autopilot devices getting the error "808 – ZtdDeviceAssignedToOtherTenant" We have removed the device entry from the tenant still getting this error. Please PFA error.
We have done below trubleshooting steps.
1. De-registed device from Entra ID, Intune, deleted device from enrollment.
2. Re-formatted laptop and generated fresh hask key.
3. Deleted laptop entry from user device.
