PENDING Failure to inject drivers into WinPE-A07-24Y14-x64 boot image

I'm not sure what's going on but.. I have a boot image created WinPE-A07-24Y14-x64 (we're a Dell Shop)

I go to Properties > Drivers tab and I'm attempting to add any driver... just any single driver... I add it, I go to update the Distribution Point and it fails.

If I remove the driver and update, it's fine. Why is it failing upon selecting any driver available?

Hmm... After working with AI.. I was able to get it working again
