PENDING 2019 MS Office failing to install on windows 11

I have recently added a windows 11 image for OS deployment however the MS office is failing installation most probably, I suspect due to the native Office365 app that is ingrained in the Win11 image. How can I go about fixing this?

I used DISM to remove all unwanted in-box apps including office and then downloaded the latest version of office and repackaged that and it installed perfectly
