Hi,
just wondering if you could help me with this.
We have almost 250 active machines with the deployment status unknown which we are looking to get compliant.
Any thoughts?

What sort of deployment is it? Application, Package, TS or Software Updates? There are many reasons for the unknown status depends on what you are deploying and 1 thing to do is to check the SCCM clients on these machines.

I'd use couple of computers and do the troubleshooting on them. Make sure these 2 computers are reporting active and updated to the latest client, I'd even try to repair the client and see how it'll go.

Hello, i am having the same problems, 1500 computers are coming back with unknown - deployment status with client check passed/active. please help i don't know what to do to fix this.

I was just installing software updates for the past few months.
