Hi Sir,
I have tried all the possibilities to add the websites in compatibility mode through GPO. But it is not getting applied. I have added the websites in GPO
as per below mentioned :
  1. Choose path Computer & User Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Internet Explorer → Compatibility View.
  2. Double click on Use Policy List of Internet Explorer 7 sites.
  3. Select Enabled and click Show.

Even i tried editing with local group policy but its also not worked. (For timing I have to do it for 10 users so i tried through local group policy also but it is also not working) I am very much thankful to you if you could give me solution.

is there anyway to apply it to IE 11 in windows 10?

I will used it just for a couple of weeks.
Today, I've got this working in windows 10, these were the steps I've done:
In windows 10 machine, I opened IE
Added websites from "compatibility view settings"
I opened Regedit and went to:
HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Internet Explorer/BrowserEmulation/ClearableListData
Choosed the "UserFilter" key. It will have the information (binary format) from website I've added.
Exported the regedit path in a file
Opened it in notepad and edited this file, removed , \ and any information related with regedit format.
I created a GPO to insert it through regedit and it works fine.
