PENDING Application missing from SCCM Console - Deployment Still Exists

I have an application that disappeared from the console when searching for it, using powershell it is still active and running, but the entry disappeared (not view able) in the console

SCCM is 1802

please help how can I restore it back

Can you recheck if the app is available under some other folder within applications ?.

I searched all the locations and unfortunately, I cannot see it.
I can get the information of the application using power shell. it is there but I cannot see it in the console

go to monitoring - Deployments - find your application - on the bottom right corner under Related Objects click Applications. it will take you to the folder where the application resides
