PENDING ConfigMgr Console cannot connect to the site issue

I INSTALL A NEW SCCM THAT IS OK NOW , BUT I HAVE A PB WHAEN I WANT TO INSTALL ADMOIN CONSOL ON OTHER COMPUTERS TO CONNECTES THEM FROM ACCOUNT USERS HOW HAVE RIGHT TO MANGE REMOTLY SCCM SERVER THE CLIENT DONT FIND SERVER

all installation have done with admin right that able to access to server

You see some troubleshooting steps in the console interface when it is unable to connect to the site. Have you gone through those and verified them?

Your very first screenshot in this thread shows an error with things to try and fix the problem. Those are the steps he is talking about.

this screenshot is showing that this account don't have access to ConfigMgr. Adjust your permissions to grant full access.

Is this your production server or a ConfigMgr server running in lab?

no

The server has been in production for 15 days, replacing an old one that crashed on Hyper V. I manage 5 other SCCM servers and I have never had so many problems with this one.
