PENDING configuration manager actions from Script

Hi All,
Is there any script you guys using to run configuration manager All the actions? We are deploying some TS from sccm but some machines not getting until we run all the Actions. I need this script to run from user account so if they are not able to see they can simply run the script from their device.
I checked online too but not getting any. Any VB or PowerShell script available to use ?

Ok, I will ask why does a user need to run all actions? why doesn't using the machine policy action work? and why do you want the user the run a script vs doing this via the ConfigMgr console?
