PENDING Windows Upgrade TS failed with error code 0x80004005

I have created a new TS for inhouse upgrade from Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11 23H2. While running the TS half of the way throwing an error "code 0x80004005".SCCM version is 2309.
Please help me to resolve this issue. SMSTS.log file attached for your reference.

Windows Setup failed with hexadecimal exit code 0xC1900200 (decimal 3247440384). To identify the type of issue, lookup it against the table of known values of Windows Setup errors online. OSDUpgradeWindows 3/15/2024 3:12:36 PM 10564 (0x2944)

No. In this machine doesn't have any security programs installed
