PENDING Deployment Status Stuck In Progress "Content Downloaded"

I've deployed an application via SCCM, which i can see has been successful, but the deployment status is not updating to reflect that. My detection is set to check for a reg key, so should work fine.

All the PCs have the software installed and it is useable, but status is 'In progress' and says 'content downloaded'.

What do i need to do to resolve this and get a nice green 'Success' symbol?

Hello,
I have the same issue here!!
Application uninstalled for two days but the deployment remains "in progress"
I checked AppDiscovery.log, AppEnforece.log, Distrmgr.log,Pkfxfermgr.log but could not find any pending statement or error... Where should I check for more information?
