SOLVED SCSM Install - 1603 Error

error i'm getting is 1603, i dont see much about this.

1603 error appears when antivirus software blocks the installer. Ensure the installer is not corrupt and AV is not blocking the process.

You need to look higher up within the log for the real error 1603 is a generic error.

ended up spinning new servers spun up for the DW and the SCSM servers.

got other issues now, but this is done!
