SOLVED Windows/Security updates not showing in software center

Hello Team,
We have deployed last month windows updates to the production servers in our infra through ADR. We have a patching collection contains 170 servers. In that, update successfuly installed on 169 servers but only one server we are facing the issue. It is Server 2012 R2 and it was installed the last update on 2021 after that the server is not installed any update but the applications are installing on the same server. When i was checked in software centre i can able to see the applications but unable to see the Updates in software centre. SCCM Client repaired and re-installed but no luck still same issue. The Windows Server 2012 & 2012 R2 operating systems have reached their end of support on October 2023. This is why you can't see the deployed software updates in the Software Center.
You must upgrade your operating system either to 2016 or 2019 to keep receiving security updates etc.

If Windows Server 2012 & 2012 R2 operating systems have reached their end of support then in this case how other 2012 servers are communicating and gettng patched properly?

The Windows Server 2012 & 2012 R2 operating systems have reached their end of support on October 2023. This is why you can't see the deployed software updates in the Software Center.
You must upgrade your operating system either to 2016 or 2019 to keep receiving security updates etc.

This is not entirely accurate. Extended Security Update keys will continue to provide support/security patches as well as if this Server is hosted in Azure it will continue support (included) through Oct. 2026.

If Windows Server 2012 & 2012 R2 operating systems have reached their end of support then in this case how other 2012 servers are communicating and gettng patched properly?

I'm assuming you are licensed to continue to receive security patches for this OS level, validate that it is licensed properly with valid ESU keys.
