I have a doubt, Is it possible to update the windows 10 22H2 OS for a client machine with out change the Computer/Hostname through SCCM task sequence?

the hostname shouldnt be affected by updating windows unless you mean wipe and install which could change computer name if you dont have a script for collecting computer name from AD and changing it
