PENDING ERROR: Unable to connect to remote machine

Hello Everyone, I'm having an issue with client push on most machines on the domain. Some will deploy the client but some won't. The following error shows in the logs but I have tried everything. The firewall ports are allowed in GPO and the client machines are grabbing it as I checked the firewall. Please see images of GPO firewall.

---> Unable to connect to remote machine "example.example.org" and namespace "root\cimv2" using Kerberos with alternate account, error - 0x800706ba. SMS_CLIENT_CONFIG_MANAGER 10/2/2023 12:40:17 PM 2588 (0x0A1C)

I'm also getting the following error.
---> Unable to connect to WMI (root\ccm) on remote machine "example.example", error = 0x8004100e. SMS_CLIENT_CONFIG_MANAGER 10/2/2023 12:40:17 PM 2588 (0x0A1C)

this is not a firewall issue. it is an authentication method issue. as you can see in the error message " using Kerberos with alternate account". is this a server or a windows 10/11 client
