PENDING Permissions needed to add duplicate hardware identifiers

Hey, everyone. I've read the article on https://www.prajwaldesai.com/manage-sccm-duplicate-hardware-identifiers/ and as an admin, find this pretty simple. But I'd like to push the ability to add new identifiers to the list over to the team that is building and deploying new devices.

Has anyone identified what permissions I need to give their security role to be able to see and modify this list?

I am not sure about the exact permissions a user requires to do that. I might have to try this in my lab.

Did you get a time to verify the required permissions to grant? using Operating system deployment manager security role we can grant but with this role users get high permissions.

Tested successfully, it should work with the below permissions to ADD DUPLICATE HARDWARE IDENTIFIERS.
Task Sequence package - Create -- mandatory
Collection - Modify Resource
Site - Import Computers, Read
