SOLVED WSUS Synchronization failed

I also have this issue,

Message: Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=utf-8', but expected 'text/xml'.
The request failed with the error message:

<head>
<title>Overflow or underflow in the arithmetic operation.</title>
.
Source: Microsoft.UpdateServices.Internal.ApiRemoting.ExecuteSPSearchUpdates.

I have WSUS installed on the same server as the Primary Site Server ( Server 2019 ) and I am using SQL for WSUS.
The things I have tried already, have been removing the SUP and Re-Adding the SUP as well as the same to include the WSUS feature.
I have also tried this on the WSUSPool

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It seems like the issue is temporary and not a problem at your end. Can you confirm if this issue still exists?.

Good Day Prajwal ... Yes I was hoping after a few days of being off it would sort itself out but still no luck. MSECM still shows no updates but the WSUS Console shows many. I also tried creating an Automatic Deployment Rule and it doesn't show me anything either.

All I can suggest is remove WSUS and reinstall it again and configure SUP. Let me know if that works.

Thank you for the advice, very much appreciated. Although I had done that previously, this time around I took a few additional steps. As described here for everyone's benefit.

1.
Uninstall-WindowsFeature -Name UpdateServices,Windows-Intern-Database -Restart
Cleared or ensured the WSUS Folder and WID Folders were gone.

2.
Import-Module WebAdministration
IIS:
cd AppPools
del WsusPool

3.
cd..
cd .\Sites\
del ".\WSUS Administration\"

4.
Install-WindowsFeature -Name UpdateServices, UpdateServices-WidDB, UpdateServices-Services, UpdateServices-RSAT, UpdateServices-API, UpdateServices-UI
