PENDING Active Directory Domain Controller not found

While creating additional domain controller, we are getting an error "host (a) or (aaaa) records that map the names of the domain controller to their ip addresses are missing or contain incorrect addresses". Reference snap is attached here.

Please help me on the same as soon as possible.

I want to rebuilt an ADC and add this to my existing domain controller. As I am doing so, I am getting this error.
