SOLVED Error: Configuration Manager cannot connect to the site.

I have done the fresh installation of SCCM on Win Server 2019. I have followed the complete document. However after installing, when I launch the Configuration Manager, I get the error and it cannot connect to the site.
I tried restarting it with run as admin. Still, I get the same message. I have attached the error and the SMSAdminUI.log.
Also attaching the Config Manager setup log. Need support.

I have also uninstalled and re-installed SCCM again. still same issue.

This is a known issue but very rarely occurs. Here is what you can try - Run the command prompt as administrator and run LODCTR /R. After the command runs successfully, reinstall the ConfigMgr console. Let me know if that works.

Thank you Prajwal. I was able to fix it using your other posts. I didn't install SQL Server Connectivity while installing WSUS roles. instead was installing WID Connectivity. After installing that it worked.

Also now when I checked available hotfixes, only available was KB10036164 and it is asking me to create Azurecloud intune account. which I don't want to. can I skip this installation of hotfix. Please advice

Hi, hope your well. Could you tell us what you did to fix the issue please? We are having the same issue. DB is on a different VM but same subnet. SCCM Console cannot connect. I tried the LOC command, but didn't work. We are running Server 2016, with console 2103. Checked the permission of the Log file folder. That is fine.
