PENDING Error when i create a task sequence

Hello guy ,
Since my upgrade to 2103 i have an error only when i try to edit or create task sequence.

Error: The task sequence can not be created. See following error information or log file to resolve the issue.
• ConfigMgr Error Object:
instance of SMS_ExtendedStatus

Error: Create a new task sequence

I have try to reset wmi et sms exective service.

Any one have a solution ?
