SOLVED SCCM 1910 Microsoft Edge - Error: The SMS Provider reported an error.

Taking advantage of the new 1910 feature of deploying Microsoft Edge I get the above error.


I right click on Microsoft Edge Management and click Create Microsoft Edge Application and go through the wizard.


But get stopped at the very end with this message








When looking at the log file smsprov.log I get some red saying *~*~..\sspconfigurationitem.cpp(1969) : Access denied when attempting to retreive configuration item.~*~*



As an SCCM Full Administrator Im not sure why Access is denied.

Microsoft will fix this and this fix will be also a part of 2002 slow ring release.
