At SCCM 1906. I have enabled WAKE ON LAN (WOL) and it works great on any client that has a Network cable plugged into NIC. I can not get this to work on a wireless client. Can SCCM at ver 1906 wake up a Client that is connected to network using Wireless? If yes, are there Network configurations that need changed. Please reply or send URl with how to configure network side.

am not sure if you can WOL over WiFi. When the OS goes to sleep, there is no wifi connectivity. its different when OS goes to sleep but ethernet port is still active therefore you can WOL. software vs hardware.

Somewhat soon we're going to be implementing 802.1x on a couple of the CM'ed domains and I anticipate some tom-foolery to ensue (we aren't doing WoL though)... :(

shouldnt be a problem. you just have to make sure your switch supports it.
