I was working on my Windows 2016 server on Friday. The last thing I did was Install SCCM package updates via powershell. Now this morning I came in and noticed that the server was down. The server reboots then when the Windows loading logo is on the screen it hangs for about 5-10 minutes then it shows the Blue screen of death. The error is inaccessible boot device. What steps should I take to remedy this?

Did you try to start the OS with safe mode?

Yes am able to boot into operating system. I am seeing a lot of issues with it. Again, the server was fine Friday 5/4, the system started blue screening today 5/7. Here are the system logs in event viewer.

Checked the notifications on the bottom right corner of the screen. There was a notification for a restart to fix the drive. Selected it. System restarted and ran a drive check on the main drive. System was able to fix itself. Admins please close this forum.
