SOLVED Windows did not find any fixed disk that can be used to recreate

I have CISCO servers. I am using WINDOWS server backup feature for creating the scheduled backup of servers. Backups are running properly, but, when I am recovering my servers with backups, I am facing issue as below:

"Error details: Windows did not find any fixed disk that can be used to recreate volumes present in backup. Ensure disks are online, and disk drivers are installed to access the disk(s). 'diskpart.exe' tool with list disks command can be used to see the of available fixed disks on the system."

Please help me on the same.
 
Try to manually load the drivers:
Close the message and on Welcome dialog box click Load drivers.
On the Detect Hardware dialog box, click Install drivers.
Insert the USB flash drive that contains the hardware drivers, and then on the Install Drivers dialog box, click Scan.
