SOLVED SCCM Query required to get reports from device collection

Hello All,

I am looking for a SQL query from which i can get the data of a particular collection.

1. Hostname
2.User ID
3. E-mail ID
3. Build number windows 10 (1709)

your help would be really appreciated.
