SOLVED SCCM CAS Database is in suspect mode due to this unable to launch console

You will NEVER be able to launch the console when the DB in is suspect mode. You need to fix the db within SQL first.
 
Have restrored the DB back to normal but still we are unable to launch the CAS Console
It is now over 14 days later and you have restored the db?? That will cause problems with the primary sites. If I remember right you have three days to fix this before things stop working correctly. You NEED to call Microsoft Support.
