PENDING SCCM 1802 Clients Active, but icon is not Green

Hello,
We have an SCCM server the clients are Active and I can see the last reporting to the MP server, but all computers has (x) beside the computer icon.

Any help please?

Hi Prajwal,
modified the files you've mentioned in this blog but I'm still unable to get the green status. Also, the event viewer started giving this error;

The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{6DF8CB71-153B-4C66-8FC4-E59301B8011B}
and APPID
{961AD749-64E9-4BD5-BCC8-ECE8BA0E241F}
to the user NT SERVICE\SQL Server Distributed Replay Client SID (S-1-5-80-3249811479-2167633679-2115734285-1138413726-166979568) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

Hello,
None of the troubleshooting steps specified in the blog helped. I have upgraded to the latest version 1906 and noticed that when the client is registered with SCCM, it becomes green for sometime and it return to Gray (x mark ) beside all computers.

I have another SCCM server with same build and same configuration,but all clients are with Green Status.

Any help please?
