Hello
Our problem is this--There are no GPO settings in the Admin Templates...see image below

GPOEdit.PNG

we recently moved the policy definitions folder and now have the following error pop up for every .admx file that was moved....see image below...
Template Error.PNG

We now have the .admx files in 2 locations....
Old Path....see image
Path two.PNG

New Path...see image
Path one.PNG

There never was an available setting for Admin Templates with the policies located in the Old Path so we
decided to move them according to the following article...

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929841

Any help would be greatly appreciated and we thank you in advance..

Solution
Solved....the settings were in the extra policy definitions folder...moved them out and just into the Policy definitions folder by themselves.
Thank you for your assistance and will continue to visit this site.
1.) Ensure the copied files from \windows\policydefinitions have the correct permissions (inherited) in the new sysvol central store.

2.) Ensure ALL FILES and FOLDERS are copied.

3.) Force domain wide replication and wait till a sync is complete for testing opening and editting a policy.

Thank you for the response.
The parsing error has been resolved.
The copied files from \windows\policydefinitions have read only level permissions.
All files and folders have been copied.
Domain replication has taken place.

Still, no admin templates.....

The Admx files are there in the following path....
