If you are installing the DP role on a server, you need to join the machine to the domain first. You can use any account to join the server to the domain. Once you have joined to the domain, under the local users and groups you will have to add the SCCM computer account to the local administrator group.
Is the machine joined to the domain ?. In the screenshot if you look at Locations it shows the local machine name, while that has to be the domain name.

Thanks, No that machine didn't joined in domain. Can you tell how it is possible? I'am new to this server and we are doing project install windows OS on selected PC's/machines and this machines/PC's connected under one Windows 2012 R2 main server. Thanks once again.

Okay I am little confused here, are you trying to install the distribution point on a machine ?. Could you brief on what are you trying to achieve ?
