SOLVED error while switching panels.the most likely cause is an error retrieving WMI properties

when i am trying to open Reporting Services it show an error message. But my a/c is domain admin as well as local admin.

there was an error while switching panels.the most likely cause is an error retrieving WMI properties. The exception details are

Try this workaround and let me know if it worked.
Launch the command prompt and change the path to C:\windows\Microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727.
now run the command "aspnet_regiis -i"
then restart the sql server reporting service.

when i tried to run above command

i got the message "Finished installing ASP.NET (2.0.50727)".still i am facing the same issue

when i trying to open reporting services as Administrator its working fine.

but the account that i am using for sql reporting service has rights plz look at Upload file.
