SOLVED Error 0x80070534 Microsoft LAPS Issue

Hello! I have implemented LAPS in out environment and it's working ok. I am able to use it on certain OU's but in my virtual environment , I have gone through the steps to give permissions but when I try to retrieve the admin password the log file on the machine is giving me an error

Event ID 3
Could not get local Administrator account. Error 0x80070534

I have verified the permissions are set on the OU, LAPS is installed, GPO is applied to the OU.

Not sure what else I need to look at. Any help would be great!

Sorry so long for the response. I figured it out. We have a local policy that disables the local admin account on our pc's. I was also trying to tell the policy to name the admin account. Once I stopped the disabling and took out the part of naming the admin account, it was rainbows and unicorns. Everything is working great now ! Thanks !
