So when you launch the Console, do you see any error ?. Or is it just not opening ?.

Mr.prajwal I tried to recover using 1902 setup but failed...so atlast I have full server backup I restored it...

This issue is closed because you have already restored the VM and the console is working again, as said here: https://forums.prajwaldesai.com/threads/version-differnence.2819/
