Hi all

I am new to this forum. I would like to say thank you to everyone that has taken time to provide tutorials and fixes and this has saved me a lot of time!

I have run into an issue with WSUS. In the WSUS Options, every time I change the Update Files setting to ‘Do not store update files locally; computers install from Microsoft Update’ it changes to ‘Store update files locally on the server’ automatically after about 20 minutes. I have tried changing it several times and it keeps reverting back! I am running Update Services Version: 6.3.9600.16384. Please help someone!

Thank you in advance!

You shouldn't be updating anything or performing any admin in the WSUS console when integrating it with ConfigMgr. The ConfigMgr SUP will control the settings of WSUS. Also, when integrated into ConfigMgr, the WSUS instance must store files locally so that the EULAs are available to the clients.
