SOLVED WSUS Generation of encryption key to save to the database failed

Hi Team,

I am setting up new SCCM server for our office on Windows server 2016 STD,while installing the WSUS role i am getting the error as "
Generation of encryption key to save to the database failed. Error=System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."
Fatal Error: Failed to start and configure the WSUS service

Requesting you to please help me to resolve this issue.Attached is the log file.

Are you seeing this error while installing WSUS or while WSUS post configuration ?.

I am getting this error while WSUS post configuration.i have also attached the error log.
