WSUS file status stuck in downloading status on offline isolates WSUS after export/import, tried reset and re-export/import but samer status on all patc hes - stuck in downloading status

yes standalone isolated wsus and is there any steps/document to show how to use ConfigMgr to manage OS patches(wsus function) - I found something on Software updates but couldn't rationalize how this would work to deploy OS patches and not just Software Packages/updates. However that's another topic. Issue with using WID and the file status is stuck in downloading.

thats same as I seen other places - for 3rd party software updates, not for a TREUE WSUS-LIKE deployment of Windows OS patches(basically replaces WSUS) but solely on SCCM server.
