PENDING WSUS console crash frequently and IIS worked process up to 100%

I have a problem recently, the wsus update services crash regularly after 3 minutes with saturation of the cpu of my server. All the advanced settings of the wsus poll are identical to my two other sccm servers after checking and I am obliged to stop the WSUS POOL and restart it to reset the node server and it works again for 3 minutes but crashes again. Do you have any suggestions to share with me?

Can you confirm what is the primary memory limit and CPU memory limit configured for WSUSPool?
