PENDING WinHttpQueryHeaders() returns status code 503 (Service Unavailable) during TS

Getting various error msg when trying to deploy Win10: WinHttpQueryHeaders() returns status code 503 (Service Unavailable), SendWinHttpRequest failed 801901f7 and DownloadFiles() failed 801901f7. I've checked my network access account, I've redeployed the package however nothing seems to work when it's trying to download and install the drivers from the DP.

Check the status of the application pools on your server.

Try checking your Distribution Point settings and network connectivity, and ensure the drivers are properly distributed.
