Windows Updates to remote sites

Hi,

I want to know how can I push windows updates to remote sites without consuming HQ to site traffic much.

I read about BranchCache and Distribute Point. I want to know whats the best way to implement.

Can I have a DP in every site and configure client PCs to get windows updates from DP or I should go ahead with just branchcach?
