Hi Prajwal,

I went through your link of Windows 10 In place upgrade via SCCM, however, below are my queries.

1. Will this help to upgrade Windows 8.1 Professional edition to Windows 10 Enterprise Edition?
2. Do I need to take user data backup prior to the upgrade?
3. Will Antivirus McAfee plays role here in blocking the upgrade. Do we need to take any precautions before the upgrade 8.1 pro to 10 Ent?
4. If Point 1 is not feasible, then how to upgrade 8.1 Pro to 10 Ent.

Yes you can upgrade from 8.1 to Windows 10. As a standard practice user back is required. Your AV might block the windows 10 upgrade. I recommend you to run some tests on couple of machines and see how it goes.
